Project Overview
Britannia Concrete was proud to support the delivery of a new NHS Training Centre on Zoological Drive in Dudley, working alongside long-standing client Walsh Construction. The project involved a wide range of structural and groundworks elements, requiring both performance and versatility from our concrete solutions.
A total of 1,200m³ was supplied over the course of the development, covering a variety of applications including drainage, kerbing, internal slabs and waterproof concrete.

- Waterproof Concrete Solutions:
Supplied as part of the foundational works to ensure long-term protection and durability in below-ground structures. - Internal Slab Pours – 700m³:
Recently completed, the internal slabs featured a power float finish, with carefully controlled mix properties for strength, workability, and surface quality. Pours of up to 160m3 delivered on drum mixers. - Versatile Supply for Full Groundworks Package:
Mixes were tailored to suit the needs of drainage systems, kerbing, and foundation works. Ensuring consistent quality and strength across the site.
