Britannia Concrete was proud to support the development of SR Construction’s new head office in Kingswinford, working in close collaboration with Brooklands Construction to deliver high-specification concrete across a variety of applications.
Over a two-month period, a total of 780m³ of concrete was supplied, including a combination of structural and specialised mixes tailored to meet the project’s diverse requirements.
Our Contribution
- Record-Breaking Foundation Pour:
Britannia successfully completed its largest ever continuous foundation pour, delivering 325.25m³ in a single day. This milestone required detailed coordination and consistent batching performance. - Specialist Mixes Supplied:
- Mezzanine Floor: Bespoke internal concrete mixes designed for smooth finishes and long-term durability.
- External Areas: High-performance PAV2 mixes to ensure resilience against traffic and weather exposure.
- Collaborative Delivery:
Regular communication and site visits ensured that mix designs, delivery timings, and technical requirements aligned perfectly with the build schedule.
